Kasia is the President of Green Mountain Marketing & Advertising, Inc. An accomplished web designer, artist and musician, Kasia’s extensive education includes an MBA from College of St. Joseph, a BA in Philosophy and French from Union College, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art and Illustration from the Corcoran College of Art & Design in Washington, DC. A true believer in leveraging education and keeping her skills on the cutting edge, she is also an adjunct professor at The Community College of Vermont teaching: Web Design & Development – HTML and CSS Programming, Web Analytics, Internet Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Management Information Systems and Ecommerce.

In his 34 year career, Bill has specialized in creating exceptional customer experiences combined with correlated marketing programs to maximize brand awareness and increase sales and profitability. With 32 years in hospitality, Bill is a Certified Hotel Administrator with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Twenty-four of those years were in senior leadership positions at hotels which included restaurants and conference centers in over a dozen cities and markets across the country, in Florida, Texas, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Vermont. Most recently, Bill headed up the Retail Division at Vermont Country Store, where he and innovatively weaved the power of “hospitality” into a culture of “retail.”
